WordPress Creative Office
A 20,000 SF industrial building in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco redeveloped into creative office space. The industrial to office conversion included a change-of-use approval from the City of San Francisco and a full structural upgrade to current standards. The project quickly attracted WordPress as the single occupancy tenant. Bitzer Banker Development led the redevelopment from entitlements through construction and lease up.
